PRIMARY CARE CARER LIAISON WORKER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Jackie Harrison, facilitates collaborative working with all Primary Health Care Workers within Health Centre settings

MENTAL HEALTH / LEARNING DISABILITIES SUPPORT WORKER

Carole Barker, provides support, information and advice to carers of people with mental Health problems & Learning Disabilities

VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR

 Jenny Sadler, provides support to our Volunteers and also runs the Transport & Sitting Services

SOCIAL CARE & HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER

Barbara Stephenson, provides support, information and advice to carers referred by the Integrated Teams of Social Care & Health
