Jacqui Coulson, responsible for the day to day management of Finance & Administration

PRIMARY CARE CARER SUPPORT WORKER 

Jackie Young, facilitates collaborative working with all Primary Health Care Workers within Health Centre settings

MENTAL HEALTH / LEARNING DISABILITIES SUPPORT WORKER

Carole Barker, provides support, information and advice to carers of people with mental Health problems & Learning Disabilities

VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR / SUPPORT WORKER

 Jo Jones, provides support to our Volunteers and also runs the Transport & Sitting Services

SOCIAL CARE & HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER

Barbara Stephenson, provides support, information and advice to carers referred by the Integrated Teams of Social Care & Health

PARENT CARER SUPPORT WORKER
