Support Groups
The outreach service provides support to people that care for a relative or friend, who couldn’t manage otherwise, due to illness or disability.
There are a number of support groups that meet across Sedgefield Borough. The groups give carers the opportunity to meet and socialise with other carers, share experiences and information.
In addition to the regular groups, the outreach service also organises carers’ lunches, trips, and has a programme of speakers.
